What we will never ask for

To stay safe, remember that we will never:

• Ask for your password or login details in an email or by phone.
• Ask for your full card number, PIN, or a one-time security code.
• Pressure you to act "immediately" or threaten to close your account within minutes.
• Send you to a website on a domain other than our official one.

If a message asks for any of these, it is not from us. Do not reply, do not click, and report it using the steps in Spotting a phishing attempt.
