Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to the questions we hear most.
How do I know an email is really from you?
Every genuine message includes a verification code near the footer. Paste it into “Verify a message” and we’ll confirm it in seconds. A genuine message shows a green result with our sending domain and the date we sent it.
I entered a code and it said “We can’t confirm this”. What does that mean?
It means the code doesn’t match a message we sent. That can happen if it was mistyped, is very old, or the message wasn’t from us. When in doubt, don’t act on the message — contact support and we’ll help.
Will you ever ask for my password or card details?
Never. We will never ask for your password, full card number, PIN, or one-time codes. Verification only needs the short code printed in your email.
Is it safe to enter my verification code here?
Yes. The code only confirms a message is genuine — it grants no access to anything. We never store the codes you check, and an invalid code reveals nothing at all.
How can I be sure I’m on your real website?
Check the address bar against the official domain shown at the top and bottom of every page. If the address is anything different — even by one character — close the tab and start again from a link you typed yourself.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take a few business days, depending on your bank. You’ll get a confirmation email you can verify here.
