Spotting a phishing attempt
Check the address bar, look for the verification code, and slow down.

Phishing messages try to rush you into a mistake. Three calm checks defeat almost all of them:
1. Check the address bar
Our help center always lives on our official domain. If the address is anything else — even one letter different — close the tab.
2. Look for the verification code
Genuine messages include a verification code you can check here. Scammers can't produce a code that verifies.
3. Slow down
Urgency is the scammer's main tool. Real account matters can wait the two minutes it takes to verify.
When in doubt, don't act on the message — reach us through Contact support instead.
